Event Journal

Manka Dhingra won. She's had a lead since the primaries so this isn't all that surprising. I'm kind of glad just to have the project done. For 2018 I'm thinking my New Years Resolution will be to focus. Ideally I'll have figured out how to delegate tasks by then.

As for when I should add to this event journal, any time I complete a project seems obvious. Any time I get a significant insight seems reasonable. This journal should be moved off Oborwiki to something less easily accessible ASAP.
