What is the project - A database to allow people to register projects and experiments before their outcome is known and the incentive to discuss them is weaker or even negative.
What will it look like if the project is successful?
This project is successful if it can attract a significant enough fraction to be useful (to put a hard number on it, 30%) of LessWrong Diaspora projects and experiments to be registered and usefully described. "Usefully described" means a reasonably well filled out entry with at least one paragraph of useful description about the project or experiment.
