Project Type: What kind of project is this? Check all that apply.	Experiment Database/List/Map Gathering or Event Social Space or Forum Software Tool Startup Organization Other
Principals(s): Who is ‘in charge’ of the project.
Contact Email: An email address to mail to for more information, offers to help, etc.
Homepage: A web address at which up to date information can be found about the project.
Project Description: A description of what the project actually consists of/is. If you're not sure what to put in here, the questions on our Project Litmus Test page are a good start.
